ok so people...i have been keeping my mouth shut about being sick because it all started last
thursday: at work....while i was eating my veggie burro from taco del mar....my throat started to
hurt and i thought how weird. i was so hungry i just kept eating. well by the end of the night i was gargling and taking ecinechia,lysine,and other herbs.
Friday: throat still hurt ...went to work cuz i was booked solid with clients.
Saturday: body sore, headache, really sore throat...went to work...booked solid agian.
Sunday: really not feeling well.....still went to work(covering a shift) booked solid...then went to church,visiting teaching, dinner at aunt jackies house, fireside with sherrie dew and sister neilson. Then sunday night i got hit with the flu @ the fireside.....i had to run out of their...and when i say run i mean RUN.....i didnt know if i was gonna throw up or well you know.
so I drove 80mph to mcdonalds for relief to the nearest el bano.
went home and went to bed.
Monday: called in sick...fay came to take care of me for a while. this day i thought i was oing to feel better....i thought this is just a sore throat and i will kick it today!!!
Tuesday:woke up feeling worse.....so i gave up and went to the DOCTOR.
tested me for strep...negative thank goodness!
Said I had "tonsillitis"

then to jackies to have some company. We watched 4 christmas movies....1.Original miracle on 34th st. 2. this christmas 3. last holiday 4.national lampoons christmas
TODAY: still sick...im preping myself to go back to work tomorrow...so just resting and still can only eat soup and applesauce!!!! eeeewwwww........

OH...I feel so bad for you! Poor baby! I wish I was there to make you a nice big bowl of beef broth. YUM
It really stinks to be sick and for 7 days...what a bummer. I almost poked myself in the eye to feel some sick symptoms until I read you went to the beach for some fresh air. Then I decided the eye could stay.

Wow - that just SUCKS! I'm so sorry. But, I agree with Ren - I felt really bad until I read you went to the beach to get some fresh air. Still fell bad, but the beach may be worth the trade - maybe not! I love & miss you tons!!
awww! ruby! you poor thing! i had that a few weeks ago...maybe you caught it when we talked on the phone. )
mine doesn't sound like it was as bad as you have it, and it went away pretty quick...i'm not rubbing it in....i'm just saying i know how sucky it feels!
